PAYMENTS

All prices are in Australian Dollars and all Australian orders will be charged with GST. All goods remain the property of Affirmations Publishing House until full payment is made. All goods are sold as firm sale.

Visa and MasterCard payments are processed by our secure online payment provider, eWay, or through your PayPal account. 

If you use our online shopping cart, price rounding should be expected. The total calculation is correct, and all rounding is calculated upon checkout. Individual product pricing may vary, but the total is accurate.

DELIVERY TURN AROUND

Affirmations Publishing office hours are 9am - 4pm Monday to Friday AEST. We aim to ship your order within 2 working days.

FREIGHT - AUSTRALIA 

All retail orders over AU$80 are shipped free Australia wide. Orders under $80 are shipped at the flat rate of AU$12.90 (inc GST). All retail orders will be sent by Australia Post. Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

FREIGHT - INTERNATIONAL 

Orders under AU$100.00 freight will be charged: AU$20.00. Orders over AU$100.00 freight will be charged at 25% of your order value. Your order will be sent via Airmail. Allow at least 10-14 working days for delivery.

Please note that Australia Post is experiencing international delivery delays due to the coronavirus COVID-19. Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible, where possible. However, due to the ever-changing situation, delays or cancellations may occur in all destination countries. Please check with your destination country in relation to whether signature on delivery is still being performed.

CLAIMS AND RETURNS

We are very particular about maintaining the highest standards of quality across our merchandise. However, if goods arrive damaged, claims must be made within 7 days. To process a claim or return please log into our Resolution Centre.
